The Division of Customers Service in the Ashdod Port Company deals with the establishment, management and reinforcement of the relations between the Ashdod Port and the whole of its customers, domestically and abroad, in the fields of shipping and logistics.

We are constructing a new communication route, which will be controlled by the company’s Costumers Communication team, for the benefit of our clients. We would like to consider your comments and suggestions in order to improve the service. Likewise, since we regard every feedback as an asset, we would like to concern any difficulty, particularly if it was not solved via the existing channels.

Moreover, we would welcome propositions and ideas concerning a variety of business collaborations in light of the many advantages which exist in Ashdod Port. Among these advantages are: its central and convenient location, its many storage areas and the operational background, its advanced technologies and equipment and the accumulated knowledge of its operational systems.
