Jacob Raz
Chairman of the Board
Served in the Israeli police force for 31 years. In his last position Raz served as Department Commissioner, Logistic Support Department (M.G.) as well as President & Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Police Fund (04-06). Among his former positions in the police force he served as Department Commissioner - Trafﬁc Department (M.G.) (01-03); Department Commissioner, Community Policing and Civil Guard Department (M.G.) (98-00).

During 2007 Raz served as Member of the Board of Directors of Ashtrom Properties Ltd., as well as a member of the Audit Committee (07); Substitute Chairman of the Public Transportation Reform Commission (07).

Education: M.A., (cum laude), Political Science with specialization in Local Government and Public Management, Bar Ilan University (01-02); B.A., Political Science and International Relations, Faculty of Criminology, Bar Ilan University (71-74).

Mahe Manzur Ali
Is an advocate, member of the plenum of the Broadcasting Authority, in the past served as Board Member of the Electric Company and on the committee for the appointment of legal counsels for Governmental Companies.

Mahe holds a degree (BA) in Political Science from the Haifa University, and LLB and LLM (Law) degrees.

Jacob Navon – Public Representative
A senior partner in the CPA firm of Navon, Weisfeld and Co. In the past served as Vice President of LAHAV (The Israeli Self Employed Lodge) and a member of the Central Committee of the Association of Accountants in Israel and held various positions in public organs.

He holds a BA degree in Economics and Accountancy from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and has a graduate degree in law (LLM) from the Bar-Ilan University.

Mickey Bar-el
Serves as CEO of the Aviv Towers management company. Formerly an officer in the military police.

Shlomo Catz
Served in various positions in Ministry of Transport, Land Authority, manager of Project and Control division, and member of the management.

Holds a BA degree in Social Science from Bar Ilan University, and MA law, Bar Ilan University.

Kochava Zarmon
Contracts field manager at the ministry of Transport, involved with legal, economic, and operational aspects of the ministry and its administartions contracts with suppliers, advisors and special experts, and runs the ministrys insurance area.

Holds a BA degree in Social Science from Bar Ilan University, MA law, Bar Ilan University.
