International shipping companies continue to visit the port of Ashdod, Israel’s central port

The port of Ashdod loads and unloads cargo round the clock, even during this challenging times, and is reinforcing the operational continuity of Israel's economy.  The ships that have reached the port of Ashdod with a wide range of cargo items, which are continuing to reach Israel's market, include the vessels of the following shipping companies:

Medkon, Admiral, Yang Ming, Zim, Maersk, UFS, MSC, Borchard Cosco Shipping, Sal, Akkon, ONE, HMM, Turkon, Hapag-Lloyd 

 

Shaul Schneider, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Port of Ashdod: “We at the port of Ashdod are part of the national effort being made these days to ensure the continuous supply of all the needs of Israel's economy. These days, the port is continuing its operations under wartime conditions, and we are working round the clock in order to enable shipping companies to reach the port and to receive speedy, efficient service."

Alongside an optimal allocation of operational teams, and, in the name of the Ashdod Port Company and its employees, I wish to bless and especially strengthen our many workers and their family members who have been drafted into the Israeli army in an emergency call up, the families of the port from the settlements along the border with Gaza, and the families of the fallen members of Israel's security forces.
