The app will allow each of the target audiences to receive information that is relevant for them. Shortening and optimizing the receipt of personal and general information; meeting standards of accessibility and languages; and making the search process more efficient (both when searching for information and also when searching for cargo within the area).
For example:
For drivers - traffic congestion inside and outside the Port; approved shipments; optimal travel routes.
For customs brokers and vessel agents - the status of ships as well as the exact locations in the storage areas of the Port, and more.
In addition, the app will provide the concentration and display of information and content in an efficient, available and easy-to-use manner; an experience that is interactive, user-friendly and continual; convenient and ongoing maintenance of content and information, saving the necessity of contacting the offices in the Port - the user is able to 'serve' himself and the Port enables this.
