Board Of Directors

​Chairwoman of the Board - Orna Hozman Bechor

Served as General Manager of the Ministry of Interior until the end of 2016. Prior to that, held the position of General Manager of the

Ministry of National Infrastructure, the Ministry for the Development of the Negev and Galilee and the Ministry of Regional Cooperation. Housman Bechor has an M.B.A from Bar Ilan University.

Yaffa Krindel Shirtzky
Serves as a board member in a number of public and private companies, including Outbrain, Sol Gel Technologies and BG Negev Technologies.
In the past, she served as a director in a number of public and private high-tech companies, and also served as a managing partner in the STAR VENTURES venture capital fund, and as CFO of Breezecom and Lannet Data Communications.​
Holds an MBA in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from the Hebrew University.


Saul Schneider

Serves as a board member in a number of public companies, including the Port of Ashdod, Fattal Properties, Cornerstone Properties, All-Year Holdings, MGD Capital, GFC Greenfields and others.

Previously, he served as​ CEO of Bezeq-call Communications of the Bezeq Group, as CEO of the Sports Betting Council, VP of Major Development in Eurcom Groups, VP of Business Development at esense-lab, which is traded on the Australian Stock Exchange.

He holds an MBA from the University of Manchester and a BA in Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.



Gilad Cohen
Senior VP for Customers Service at the Ministry of Transportation. Cohen is in charge of public service improvement and bureaucracy reduction, while improving processes and interfaces with the public and government ministries in all transportation aspects.
Cohen has a B.A and Master's Degree in Business Management.
 
 

Shabtai Tzur

Served as Chairperson of the Board at The Port of Eilat, 2011-2013, former Israeli Ambassador to Georgia, for two terms, Deputy Mayor and Mayor of the city of Ashkelon for many years.

Tzur has a B.A degree in economics from the University of Saint Petersburg, B.A in management, TVU (England) and he used to be a high ranking banker in Bank Leumi for 16 years and holds a diploma in banking.

Matan Yagel 
Accountant, B.A in economics. Yagel is in charge of Low and Enforcement in the Budgets division of the Ministry of Finance and used to serve as Security Referent in the Budgets division, and as a Senior Advisor in the economic department of Somekh Chaikin KPMG.
